1. Service Agreement

Travel Frontier Pros provides expedition planning and destination management services for adventure travel to remote and frontier destinations. By engaging our services, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with frontier travel.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding fitness levels, medical conditions, and experience. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance, following safety protocols, and adhering to expedition guidelines.

3. Risk Acknowledgment

Frontier and adventure travel involves significant risks including but not limited to injury, illness, death, weather hazards, equipment failure, and political instability. Clients participate at their own risk.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 90 days prior: full refund minus processing fees. 60-90 days: 75% refund. 30-60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund except for documented medical emergencies.

5. Service Limitations

We provide planning and coordination services but cannot guarantee outcomes due to factors beyond our control including weather, political situations, permit changes, and force majeure events.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado.
